WE ARE HYDRAULIC SOLUTIONS

Hydraulic Solutions Taranaki is a 100% locally owned hydraulic company, proudly servicing the Taranaki region. We have established ourselves as Taranaki’s one stop shop for all your hydraulic needs.

If it pumps, pulls, turns, rises or falls, we are your local hydraulic gurus committed to keeping you running with our rapid emergency response, manufacturing expertise and quality equipment supply.

Hydraulic Solutions Taranaki – Everything Hydraulic.

Founded in 1994, by Taranaki locals Duncan MacIver, Don Goodwin and Ian Mischefski, (formally known as Combined Engineering Resources Taranaki Ltd), we originally operated out of our workshop in Tikorangi, with a staff of five, repairing farm machinery, carrying out vehicle servicing and repair and general light engineering.

In 1995, a small ad in the Wednesday paper for a “Hydraulic Opportunity” was answered by the guys and thus was the birth of Hydraulink Taranaki. In 1996 we were one of the first distributors to sign the franchise agreement for Hydraulink and this significantly added to the value of our business.

In 2000, Combined Engineering Resources Taranaki and Hydraulink Taranaki amalgamated and both companies were based from adjacent workshops in New Plymouth, officially becoming Hydraulink Taranaki Ltd. Being part of an extremely proactive and functional franchise network has been a major plus for our business.

Since this time, the business has grown exponentially to become the leaders in the market in Taranaki and now known as Hydraulic Solutions Taranaki Ltd. We can proudly say we have risen to each new challenge, providing customers with the best service and technical knowledge possible. We have built a solid reputation based on our fast response times and our ability to successfully tackle the most challenging tasks.

Today we employ 25 experienced and skilled staff. Our workforce boasts over 100 years of combined knowledge and expertise. Our reliable team of engineers, mechanics, design and hydraulics technicians are the team you can trust to get the job done. We have the technical knowledge and experience to repair, maintain, design, install and start up hydraulic applications backed by our highly skilled service team in our generous state-of-the art, fully equipped workshop. Offering a comprehensive range of hydraulic products from our unique network of suppliers and an extensive array of services to complement the company's purpose and vision in meeting the highest of standards within the industries we serve.

Here at Hydraulic Solutions Taranaki, we love what we do. No challenge is too big, and we are committed to supplying the best in quality of products, systems, service and people.
